Eligibility

Items for return or exchange must be returned within 15 days from the date of purchase. 

The item must be unused, unwashed and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.

Only items of the same style can be exchanged.

Personal care items, teethers, and rattles are exempt from being returned for hygiene reasons. Only regular priced items may be refunded, unfortunately, sale items cannot be refunded or exchanged. 

Process

1. Download Return Form here.

2. Ship back item together with the printed Return Form to the address indicated in the form within 15 days from purchase. 

Please note: You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund. We recommend using a trackable shipping service. 

3. Once your item for return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also email you the status of your refund or exchange.

Refunds  

If the eligibility is met, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied via your original mode of payment (credit card within 10 working days or bank deposit within 3-5 working days).  

Exchanges 

If the eligibility is met, then your exchange will be processed. We will ship the replacement item back to you. Estimated lead times are as follows: 3-5 working days within Metro Manila, 5-7 working days outside Metro Manila / within the Philippines, 7-21 working days for international locations.
