What is the returns policy?

Items for return or exchange must be returned within 15 days from the date of purchase.

The item must be unused, unwashed and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.

Only items of the same style can be exchanged.

Personal care items, teethers, and rattles are exempt from being returned for hygiene reasons. Only regular priced items may be refunded, unfortunately, sale items cannot be refunded or exchanged.

What are the shipping options?

Shipping c/o buyer

Standard shipping within Metro Manila, Philippines 
PHP100, 3-5 business days. Free shipping for orders PHP2,000 and above. 

Standard domestic shipping outside of Metro Manila, Philippines 
PHP175, 5-7 business days. Free shipping for orders PHP2,000 and above. 

International shipping outside of the Philippines 
PHP2,500, 7-21 business days depending on the destination country.

What are the international taxes, duties, etc. that I have to pay?

Import duties and taxes for international shipments may be liable to be paid upon arrival in the destination country. This varies by country, and MAMA FINDS BLISS PH ONLINE SHOP encourages you to be aware of these potential costs before placing an order with us. If you refuse to pay duties and taxes upon arrival at your destination country, the goods will be returned to MAMA FINDS BLISS PH ONLINE SHOP at the customer's expense, and the customer will receive a refund for the value of goods paid, minus the cost of the return shipping. The cost of the initial shipping will not be refunded.

When will I receive my order?

Transit Time Domestically
In general, shipments within Metro Manila are in transit within 3 - 5 working days while domestic shipments outside of Metro Manila are in transit for 5 - 7 working days.

Transit Time Internationally
Generally, orders shipped internationally are in transit for 7 - 21 working days. This varies greatly depending on the destination country. We are able to offer a more specific estimate upon order processing.

Dispatch Time
Orders are usually dispatched within 2 business days of payment of the order. Our warehouse operates on Monday - Friday during standard business hours, except on national holidays at which time the warehouse will be closed. In these instances, we take steps to ensure shipment delays will be kept to a minimum.

What do I do if I never received my order?

We will process a refund or replacement as soon as the courier has conducted an investigation and deemed the parcel lost.

How do I make changes to an order I’ve already placed?

Cancellations
If you change your mind before you have received your order, we are able to accept cancellations at any time before the order has been dispatched. If an order has already been dispatched, please refer to our returns policy.
